Get the Guarantee

There is a mantle of grace over your spouse and children because of you, Christian. (Acts 16:31)

It’s a guarantee. Know and claim:

Psalm 72:4-5 May God vindicate the afflicted among the people (my offspring and family); may He save the children (my children and their children!) and crush their oppressors. May they (my spouse and offspring) fear the Lord as long as the sun shines, as long as the moon remains, through all generations.…

IN Deuteronomy 28 there are generational curses, and generational blessings. Generational curses are visited for 3 or 4 generations (only VISITED!) but generational blessings are passed down for 1000 generations! Just as greater is Jesus Christ in us than he who is in the world, so also generational blessings are far greater than generational curses! When I have realized disobedience to the Lord in my own life, I repent. It is usually a painful process but worth it to be closer to Him and washed white as snow by Jesus Blood. I have reminded the Lord many times that He said He would only VISIT the curse on the family lines, and ask Him if the time of the visits can be ended. And then I send all the curses to the cross where Jesus became a curse so that we might inherit a blessing!

Yes Lord! Through all generations, as You promised. So be it!

Read Deuteronomy 27-28, and repent of anything the Lord convicts you of. Repent means TURN AROUND AND GO THE OTHER WAY! Jesus Christ took all the curse for us on the cross, but first we must sincerely forsake and turn away from our unrighteous ways and turn towards the Lord our God, RUN after Him and never look back.
